Hello guys!

Long ago I told you about my beauty routine. It used to be the same the whole year since Panama weather doesn’t change that much. Now I had to do some modifications to be able to survive winter without a scratch. These are the things I have been doing since December:

•Moisturize•
This is probably one I do all year round but now I use way more product. My skin eats every cream so fast if I apply the same amount as before so I need twice as more. I keep an EOS cream in my handbag for my hands for on the go moisture. Lately I have been trying Josie Maran Argan oilproduct line, which gives me unbelievable moisture without being too greasy.
•Lips•
I had this Dr. Rescue Baby Lips balm for years now in my beauty product stock and it was not until the break that I decided to try it. My lips were chap and I wanted to see if it worked. It restored my lips back to normal in one night. I have also been an adept user of Burt Bees Lip Balm, Aquaphor and Vaseline. I don’t use them all the same day. I rotate them depending on what I need. For chap lips I go for Dr. Rescue and Aquaphor. During the day I wear Burt Bees since it gives a pinkish tone while moisturizing. For night moisture I opt for Vaseline.

•Hair•

My hair routine has remained pretty much the same. I always do a treatment when I wash it to keep the moisture in. The only thing that might have change is the amount of moisturizing drops I use. I put on a little more to make sure it is shinny and soft.

•Others•

You know I love fashion and sometimes we sacrifice comfort for it. Winter is the only time I break this rule. Not wearing an appropriate jacket is not a smart choice! Always check the weather forecast to see what will keep you warm that day. A good coat can go a long way and avoid your skin from getting dry. Talking about dryness, drink HUGE amounts of water! I’m used to drink a lot of water and I know that I have increased the amount I drink right now. Water is the secret for a young looking amazing skin!

Lots of love,

Natalie S.
