Hello guys!
Every season you will see three things:
- Items that make a comeback and you were dying to wear
- New designs that every fast fashion retailer will replicate
- Trends that you would never wear
These last few months I have seen trends that I can honestly say I don’t see myself wearing them now or in a near future. Everyone has their own style and I’m sure many people know how to incorporate these items or trends into their current wardrobe. Even though I like how they look on someone else, I won’t be recreating them. Maybe some of you will like them, so I’ll let you be the judge of that:
Dad Sneakers
I rarely wear sneakers. My sneakers collection consist of two items: one for working out and a pair Converse.
Plastic
This is one of those trends that I think looks great on the runway and other people but I will stay away from it. Plastic clothes are not Panama friendly and I’m apprehensive about using a plastic handbag due to security reasons.

I don’t wear that many pastels colors, so this combination is a little intimidating. It looks amazing, fun and different but there is something that still doesn’t convince me 100%.

En cada temporada hay 3 cosas que siempre veremos:
- Tendencias que regresan y te mueres por usar.
- Nuevos diseños que las grandes marcas imitaran en un 2×3.
- Piezas que nunca usarías
Estos últimos meses he visto tendencias que honestamente puedo decir que no me veo usándolas ahora o en un futuro cercano. Todos tenemos nuestro propio estilo y estoy segura de que mucha gente sabe cómo incorporar estos elementos o tendencias en su closet. Me conozco a bien y aunque me gusta cómo se ven estas piezas y combinaciones en los demás, no invertiré mi dinero o tiempo en ninguna de ellas. Tal vez a algunos de ustedes les gusten, así que a continuación les dejo algunos de los artículos que no me verán usando en el blog:
“Dad Sneakers”
Raramente me verán usando zapatillas. Mi colección de zapatillas consiste en dos elementos: uno para hacer ejercicio y un par de Converse.
Plástico
Esta es una de esas tendencias que creo que se ve muy bien en la pasarela y en otras personas, pero me mantendré alejada de ella. La ropa de plástico no es la mejor opción para el clima de Panamá y siento que una cartera de plástico no es muy segura.
Combinación Rosa y Rojo
No uso tantos colores pasteles, así que esta combinación es un poco intimidante. Se ve increíble, divertida y diferente, pero hay algo que todavía no me convence al 100% por lo cual no me atrevo a usarla.

Hola !
Te cuento que yo también me alejo de los dad sneakers. Las zapatillas nunca han sido de mi agrado. Si ves mi blog te das cuenta ! Las bolsas plásticas no aportan.
La única con la que si me apunto es la combinación de rosado y rust o con rojo. Antes la ODIABA, me parecía color clashing y de viejo. Ahora la amo.
A mi también me ha empezado a gustar esa combinación, aunque todavía no sé si la usaría.
